ELM

This time fossil elm. As if it were boasting of its rich texture, and so it is held in from within by a black border of fossil oak. A worthy specimen from the time when the king among trees — the oak — ruled these parts. Thanks to the water that took it in as its own and sent it out into the light with a rich dowry: lines and colours deserving of every respect.
